We recognize your right to privacy. We recognize that you have a right to expect your personal financial information to remain private and secure.  We believe your privacy should not be compromised, and we maintain standards to insure that your information is private and secure at all times.  At the same time, we want to offer you a wide array of financial products and services.  We believe we can do both through the privacy policy outlined below.

  2. Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others, such as your account balance, payment history, parties to transactions;  and

We may disclose all of the information that we collect, as described above, to non-affiliated financial service providers, such as companies that perform processing and operational services for us, under the terms of a joint operating agreement.

We may disclose all of the information that we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or other institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.

We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law.

We do not share medical or health information among our family of companies or nonaffiliated third parties, except to process transactions or to provide services you have requested or initiated.

If you decide to close your accounts or become an inactive customer, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.

We restrict access to your non-public  personal  information to authorized employees of the bank, our parent bank holding company, our affiliated banks, and our affiliated processing company.  We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
